Update your old Samsung smart TV(K5570)- new firmware released[2019]

Now firmware is released for Samsung full HD(5 series) smart tv's in Samsung website.
This new version can only be installed through USB as it is not over-the-air. The new one is "ver 1240.0 (MULTI-LANGUAGE)"

Head over to https://samsung.com/in/support/model/UA49K5570AUMXL/ to download firmware to your K5570  full hd tv.

steps to install:

a)Once the files are saved, extract the zip file to a separate folder and then copy the extracted folder to the USB Drive.( Do not copy the compressed file, as the TV might not be able to recognize the format)

b) Once you have completed copying the files to the USB drive, connect the USB drive to the USB jack in the TV. Make sure that the TV is switched off when you connect the USB drive and then Power On.


that's it new firmware is install for your TV.
